If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you may return it for a replacement, exchange, or refund.  If you do receive a damaged item, please contact CR Enterprises at 1-719-244-7121 or 719-382-3723 within 10 days of receipt for information on obtaining an RMA number.  Please have your invoice ready for reference.  You must have an RMA number to return items.  If product is returned without an RMA number, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.  All items must be returned in the original packaging.
